Commercial HVAC That Answers the Phone
Rooftop unit repair and replacement, heating-season inspections, and maintenance agreements for businesses and property managers across Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and all of Hampton Roads.
Veteran-owned · BBB Accredited since 2022 · Licensed, insured & bonded · COI and W-9 available on request
Heating-Season Rooftop Unit Inspections
Most commercial heat failures in Hampton Roads show up on the first cold morning in November, when every contractor's phone is ringing. A fall RTU inspection in September or October finds cracked heat exchangers, failed igniters, and bad belts while the weather is still mild and your customers don't notice.
What the fall inspection covers
- Heat exchanger inspection on gas RTUs
- Gas pressure, ignition, and flame-sensor check
- Heat strip and defrost test on heat pump units
- Economizer and damper operation
- Belts, bearings, and blower motor amperage
- Thermostat and schedule verification
Rooftop Unit Specialists
Packaged rooftop systems are a different animal from residential equipment: bigger loads, economizers, gas trains, and no room for guesswork on a Friday afternoon. This is the work we built the commercial side of the company on.

Repair or Replace — We'll Tell You Straight
We work on all major commercial brands and unit configurations. When a unit is worth fixing, we fix it. When it's eating your budget in repairs and energy, we'll show you the numbers on a replacement and handle the crane, curb adapter, and permits.

Commercial HVAC Questions
Do you work on rooftop package units?
Yes. Packaged rooftop units are the core of our commercial work — gas/electric, heat pump, and cooling-only, from small retail units up to large multi-ton equipment. We repair, replace, and maintain them, and we handle crane logistics for replacements.
How fast can you get to a commercial site with no heat or no cooling?
Commercial emergencies get priority. Call (757) 239-0081 and you will get an honest ETA from the owner. Maintenance-plan customers are scheduled ahead of non-plan calls.
Can you handle multiple properties for a property management company?
Yes. Our Portfolio maintenance agreement covers multiple sites under one contact and one invoice, with a per-site equipment inventory so you know what is aging out before it fails.
Do you provide certificates of insurance and W-9s for vendor setup?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for commercial work and can provide a certificate of insurance, W-9, and license documentation for your vendor onboarding.
What does a commercial maintenance agreement cost?
It depends on the number of units, equipment type, and visit frequency, so we quote each site individually. Most single-site agreements are priced per unit per visit. Request a proposal and we will walk the site and give you a written number.
Which areas do you serve for commercial work?
Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, and Newport News. We are headquartered in Norfolk off Sewells Point Road.
